Hi-Alloy AM 354 is a work-hardening electrode designed for extreme impact and compressive wear applications. This 5/32″ x 10 lb electrode produces build-up deposits with as-deposited hardness of 35-38 RC that work harden up to 50 RC under impact. Works on AC or DC reverse polarity for versatile use. Ideal for crusher hammers, railroad crossings, shovel teeth, and other high-impact components.
