Terms and Conditions

PAYMENT:

1. Terms are net 30 days.
2. Accounts past due are subject to carrying interest charges 1.5% per month (18% annual rate).
3. Accounts past due 90 days or more are referred to our collection agency.
4. Inweld Corporation shares all payment history with Credit Safe TM credit reporting agency.

PRICING:

1. Minimum order is $100.00. Orders under $100 are subject to a $15 handling fee per order shipment
2. All orders are accepted subject to terms and conditions specified herein and will be invoiced at price in effect on date of shipment.
3. Prices quoted are subject to change without notice and those in effect on date of shipment will apply.

FREIGHT POLICY:

1. Freight will be allowed and prepaid to one destination in the continental United States. Freight allowance is $1,750 on a single order, or a single shipment of multiple orders.
2. This freight allowance is valid for one single shipment, from one warehouse to one destination within the continental United States. Any back orders will be freight collect unless brought up to the prepaid level.
3. Freight prices are from Inweld locations:
   • Coplay: 3962 Portland St, Coplay, PA 18037
   • Houston: 9300 Lawndale St, Houston, TX 77012
4. Inweld reserves the right to select the point of shipment, method of transportation, and route of shipment. If buyer specifies the point of shipment, method or route of shipment, any excess transportation costs or additional expenses will be charged to the buyer’s account.
5. Freight allowance excludes additional charges including but not limited to lift gate fees, redelivery fees, call in advance scheduling, residential.
6. Inweld is not responsible for merchandise lost or damaged in transit. Title passes when merchandise is accepted by carrier and seller’s responsibilities end when merchandise is delivered to or received by the transportation company.
7. All delivery dates indicated on quotations or on acknowledgments of orders are estimated and as such, are subject to revisions based on factory order backlog or the inability for whatever reason to secure necessary labor, materials, or supplies.

CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES TO AN OPEN ORDER:

1. Purchaser must notify Inweld Group immediately to cancel an item or a purchase order that has not been processed or shipped. Cancellation of an entire order or specific items on an order will not be accepted once the order has been processed and shipped. Return of such items will be at the buyer’s expense.
2. Purchase orders for non-standard or “special” products are non-cancelable and non-returnable once produced or shipped.

CLAIMS:

All non-transportation related claims, such as wrong product shipped or packaging issues must be made to Inweld Group within 5 business days after buyer’s receipt of shipment. De-laying a claim will cause the claim to be handled as a return.

RETURNED MERCHANDISE:

1. Inweld Group reserves the right to refuse all cancellations or returns.
2. Claims on quality must be made within 30 days after receipt of the product if a return or replacement is to be considered. Certain products may have a shelf life that has expired. There may be pricing issues that will restrict a replacement or return.
3. No return of merchandise will be accepted for credit or replacement without prior approval of returned goods by an authorized representative of seller.
4. Seller retains sole discretion to determine the value at which merchandise returned will be credited.
5. Returned merchandise is subject to applicable freight charge and a 20% restocking fee.

WARRANTY:

Inweld Group shall, in no event, be liable to the buyer or any other party for damages incurred for, but not limited to, direct or indirect losses due to misapplication of the product, injury, loss of production, workmanship of users, acceptance of the aid of Inweld Corporation, personnel, or any other reason. Inweld Corporation guaranties our product to be free of defect in materials and workmanship. Our products carry a 90-day warranty unless otherwise stated here or within. The following item’s warranty information is as follows:

• Inweld Corporation warranties its welding machines and its auto darkening helmets between 1-3 years, additional information within.
• Hero hand tool line carries a limited lifetime warranty.
• The following items carry a 1-year warranty: All gas equipment including cutting attachments and handles; torches; and regulators that are part of the Farenheit line. Items returned will either be repaired or replaced with equivalent products.
